Oh no! You’re not completely happy with your purchase? We’re very sad to hear that but we completely understand.
If you can get your goods back to us within 30 days of it arriving, and sticking to the simple processes below, we’ll give you a fully refund for the price of the items, plus a basic delivery charge.
If your items are faulty, we’ll do all of the above, plus pay the cost of packaging involved in returning them.
Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Package your return. We’ll need all individual items back in a condition that we’ll be able to sell again (unopened and unused) unless they’re faulty.
- Include your order number and name. We’ll need those details so we can get the money back to you.
- Please send your parcel to:

- Stick it in the post! The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Also, don’t forget that you’re responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless they’re faulty.
We’ll try and get your money back to you as quickly as possible but please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be despatched. We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed. Refunds will be processed within seven days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to seven days for the refund to show in your account.
